8 total body trainings sessions (20′-40′ videos), organised with a warming up and a circuit.

It could be organised with the following timetable:

  • 1 month – twice a week (most recommended)
  • 2 months – once a week
  • To combine with harder training sessions/ other packs to practice the basics.
